Our 30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to try Vita Hair with confidence. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, we'll refund the full purchase price — even if you've opened and used the product.
How it works
- Email us at online@vitagreen.com within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number and a short note on why it didn't work for you. Feedback helps us improve; it's not a condition of the refund.
- We'll confirm your refund by email within 2 working days. You don't need to return the product.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method (card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay or Apple Pay). Most appear within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
A few fair-use limits
- The guarantee applies to your first order of each product, and to one refund per customer.
- It covers orders placed on vitagreenlingzhi.com and shipped to the United States or Canada.
- We may decline refunds where we see clear misuse of the guarantee.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full — your choice.
